  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:

    • Standard Shipping within Australia: $9.99 | Estimated delivery: 2 -10 business days.

    • Standard Shipping within New Zealand: $14.00 | Estimated delivery: 7 -15 business days.

    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $100 delivered via standard shipping.

  • Courier Partners: We use Sendle and Australia Post for deliveries. Tracking details will be provided via email.

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays). If you experience any delays, please contact us at info@farmandfish.com.au 

  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer  shipping outside of Australia and New Zealand. 

 

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our returns and refunds policy below:

  • Change of Mind Returns: We do not offer returns if you change your mind. 

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Proof of purchase and photographic evidence may be required.

  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Exclusions: The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:​
